How long will it take to build my site?

Once we receive your design choice, we take no more than 48 HOURS to build your site.

The 7 steps to launching your website

Once you join Bildabiz:

  1. You get an email from us to arrange the consultation to help you choose your design
  2. Once we agree your design choice, we take no more than 48 hours to build your site
  3. Have an existing website? we can copy the content – If not, we will help you to organise your site’s content 
  4. We email you to say that your site is built based on your content choice
  5. You then Send Us content and changes you want to make, and communication continues until you are ready to launch your site – We accept documents and images as attachments
  6. To launch your website you will we need a Domain name –  We will either purchase one for you and invoice you or If you do have one, we request the username and password where you registered your domain and we will login and make your site live
  7. Once your site is live we action your support requests 7 Days a Week

  • Making sure that your instructions are clear and…
  • If part of a team, agree instructions before they are sent to us to avoid mis-communication.
What about colours, logos and pictures?

Website Colours:
If you have a brand colour, please click on the link below, select your colour and let us know the colour code e.g. #b3b3ff.

If you do not have a logo, we will choose a font for your organisation name.
If you do have a logo, please send us high resolution files, preferably with the logo on a transparent background so that our designers can add it easily.
We accept the following standard file formats:, JPEG, TIFF, Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai), Vector (.eps).

All pictures on our designs are placeholders which means they can be replaced with your images
We also provide a stock of over 1000 images that you can use alongside your own for banners and pages.

In order to preserve the quality of your site: 

  • We do not accept low resolution images, as they will appear blurry on your site
  • For banners, we only accept high resolution images with a minimum width dimension of 1200px
  • We do not accept Banner images with embedded text

***Please Note*** We are restricted by the modifications we can make to the size of logo areas, so where appropriate we will give you logo area dimensions for your logo designers.

What about audio and video?

We recommend audio and video services so your visitors get the best experience without having to leave your website.





What about online forms?

Online forms are a very efficient and secure way of collecting information, and we can also integrate forms to third party services.

Forms usually come in the following format:

You can change form fields to suit your purpose and once a form is submitted, it sends the information collected to the email address of your choice.

What about email and domain names?

If you don’t already have a domain name we can arrange the purchase of one for you.
If the name you choose isn’t available, we ask/recommend alternatives, purchase your choice and invoice you.

If you have an existing domain name, if you provide us with the username and password where the domain was registered, we will manage that domain name for you.

Your email options are as follows:

  1. We set up yourname@yourdomain.com so that you access email via webmail, your mobile device or computer.
  2. We set up yourname@yourdomain.com as a forwarder, which forwards email to a personal email address.
  3. We set up yourname@yourdomain.com as a forwarder that forwards email to multiple email addresses.

Email and domain pricing is as follows:
Domain renewal: .com or .org – £30 (inc VAT) per year
.co.uk or .org.uk – £22.50 (inc VAT) per year

Additional Storage
Your website comes with 5GB storage that can be allocated to website and email files.
Additional charges are as follow:
Email storage – £50 + VAT per 5GB per year

If you are a non profit and anticipate that your email needs will be more extensive than what we provide:

Generally speaking, organisations must be registered with or recognised by relevant authorities as:
(1) Registered charities
(2) HMRC exempt charities or churches.

What if I want to accept payments?

We use Paypal, or Stripe, to receive one-off and recurring payments.

How do I pay for my services?

Are there any set up fees?


Bildabiz is a ‘Pay As You Go’ service, and you are free to cancel at any time.

Bildabiz operates an automated payment system linked to your website and offers the facility to pay for services by card payment and or invoice.

Our credit Terms terms are as follows:

  1. On the 1st of every month we send an invoice with strict 15 day terms, which we mark as paid upon receipt of payment.
  2. Automatic late payment reminders are sent on the 16th of every month.
  3. If payment is not received within 14 days of a late payment notification, your site is automatically suspended.
  4. Services are resumed within 24 hours of receipt of payment of any outstanding balance


The Annual Hosting Charge for Bildabiz Lite once your initial year expires is £252

What if I decide to leave Bildabiz?

We will be heartbroken!!!

Seriously, clients leave Bildabiz for a variety of reasons, from lack of site usage, to gaining access to in-house skills which means that our team and services are no longer required.

We do our best to ensure that it is never because of our failure to deliver on what we say, however once we receive a cancellation notice, we will export and send you all of your content and data.

***Please Note*** As a pay as you go service, Bildabiz website designs remain the property of Bildabiz and you will not be able to take them with you to your new provider.
